Exercising in teenage years can help protect against breast cancer

Research is showing that exercising during a young woman's teenage years, starting as young as 12 years old, can help protect her against breast cancer.

According to an article on CNN.com (click the post title above to read), research showed that women who were physically active in their teens and young adulthood were 23% less likely to develop pre-menopausal breast cancer than those who led sedentary lifestyles.
