I was thinking about this today and with a busy work day behind me, I just feel like wanting to eat dinner and relax. I know that there are people out there who really exercise everyday, but if you eat right and all, is it really necessary? Now that I will be taking dance classes 2 times a week, it just makes me think if that is enough for the week. I don’t know. I guess if you’re trying to lose a lot of weight, it will benefit you to exercise everyday, but if you just want to keep at your current weight, is 2 days of exercise, whatever it may be, it’s enough. Call me out if I’m wrong, but I’m wondering what you guys think.
I decided to not look at eating healthy as dieting, but more as a change in eating habits… I think everyone should think that way!
