The University of Southern California did a 10 year study of about 100,000 women. They found that even cleaning house can lower your risk of getting breast cancer. The people who did best did a strenuous workout at least five times a week for an hour. But any exercise at all seemed to lower the risk of breast cancer. If that's not a reason to hit the gym, I don't know what is.
A few days ago, I posted about finding motivation to workout and the strength to finish. I was interested in hearing what others use as motivation, but this is definitely added to my list of motivators!
