Exercise in general

A physician once told me that ANY regular movement was a good start. So I am thinking about learning Tai Chi. First reason is that I have fibromyalgia in my upper body and feel that this will benefit this as well as be a huge "de-stresser" in my life. I can do the moves just about anywhere and can work my way up from there. Until then, it will be to start walking in the wellness program that has been started at work. Which begins on Monday. So I am going to be doing some searches on instructional videos for learning Tai chi. Anybody out there doing this now???? Let me know how it is and how it is going....
