Exercise for Hamstring injury in leg

I injured my hamsring muscle when I tried to do a  kick. It has been 7 months since then and although I am able to walk without pain now, when I sit in padmasan the leg hurts and after getting up from the pose I cant walk without limping for a few minutes.
Can you suggest some exercises for it.

Hello,i am also injured my harmsring muscle when i tried to hit hard in off side in a cricket match but after taking the suggestion of physician i will get well soon in 2 months with making proper exercise and morning walk as well.
Please avoid puting weight on the leg. If the pain is verry bad, you may need crutches until it goes away. Ask your doctor or physical therapist if they're needed.
