I injured my hamsring muscle when I tried to do a kick. It has been 7 months since then and although I am able to walk without pain now, when I sit in padmasan the leg hurts and after getting up from the pose I cant walk without limping for a few minutes. Can you suggest some exercises for it. Thank you in advance.
Hello,i am also injured my harmsring muscle when i tried to hit hard in off side in a cricket match but after taking the suggestion of physician i will get well soon in 2 months with making proper exercise and morning walk as well.
