Exercise for good health, not just weight loss.

I have been on a diet cum exercise routine to lose pregnancy weight. It has been successful, but it’s increasingly difficult to shed each pound. Since the past couple of weeks, the needle on the weighing scale stopped moving completely – no matter how hard I tried.

It was quite disappointing for a while, as I was in a hurry to lose the weight quickly. But before I completely gave up on my routine, I felt that maybe I was getting motivated by the wrong goal. If losing weight is important, then good health is even more so. So, even if you stop losing weight at times, you should not get de-motivated because you are still achieving your goal of being healthy. And if you are following a healthy lifestyle, then a good body follows automatically. What do you say?
