Exercise Can Create New Blood Vessels

Bucking the conventional wisdom that people with heart problems should take it easy, a new study has come out showing that exercise is good for even a bad heart.

Furthermore, if you don't exercise, you may in fact contribute to the deterioration of your heart and cause more problems down the line. Gentle walking or cycling can even help people in their 70s who are barely able to walk without needing a breather.

So keep on exercising, it's good for your heart!
