I sometimes have difficulty making myself exercise every day, but I've found Losing It With Jillian Michaels to be a great motivator to keep going! Some people think she's too harsh, but I find it's what I need to be just the encouragement I need on a Tuesday night. It's on at 8 on NBC - does anyone else watch?
