egg beaters recipe

Yep, these egg whites were made in the microwave!

It kind of seems too good to be true. Making a hot, protein-rich breakfast in less than 10 minutes IN THE MICROWAVE? But, yep, it’s doable. And we’re showing you how to do it in the below video.

All you need is some nonstick spray like PAM, a wedge of light garlic and herb cheese that’s chopped and a half cup of Egg Beaters 100% Egg Whites (which you know we love ). Spray a large mug with nonstick cooking spray, and then mix the rest of your ingredients together in your mug. Next, comes the fun eggs-in-the-microwave part! Microwave it up for a minute, stir and then again for 15 seconds or until the egg whites are set. Boom, baby! You have a hot protein-power Egg Beaters Cheese and Herb Mug Scrambler that has just 107 calories, 2 grams of fat and 15 grams of protein. Yeah, you just can’t beat those stats. So, microwave on, ya’ll!
