Eat Healthy Salads For Lunch

Here's a quick and easy lunch idea that takes no longer than five minutes to prepare and all of the ingredients can be picked up at Trader Joes.



The ingredients include: roasted chicken breast (already cooked), baby romaine lettuce, raw walnuts, kalamata olives, avocado, celery, extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar.



This meal is loaded with anti-oxidants to neutralize free radicals, there are plenty of essential fats to reduce inflammation and it tastes great.
