DQ Butterfinger Blizzard Protein Shake

I love protein shakes.

Which is probably why I look like the hulk….

This is an idiot proof recipe with minimal ingredients that you probably already have.

What you need:

  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk (or whatever milk you want to use)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use Scivation whey)
  • big scoop of peanut butter (I use Valencia Peanut Butter from Trader Joes)
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Directions:

  • blend + enjoy

I swear, this tastes like a DQ Butterfinger Blizzard! It’s like a chocolatey peanut butter liquid orgasm, but also good for you!!! Yaaayyyy!!!!
