Don't wait until New Years to start changing your lifestyle. If you're thinking you'll go back to the gym or change your eating habits after the first of the year why wait?
Park your car at the end of the lot when you shop. Take the stairs at work. Do stretches while you watch television. Do a few warriors in the morning before you get the kids out of bed.
Take healthy snacks to work instead of grabbing a pastry. Have a side salad with your meal. Eat veggies first when you're at a party. Be the designated driver. Make fruit you're bedtime snack.
These changes will make it easier come January 2nd.
