We have a 110lb male Great Dane. His name is Roscoe!
Roscoe came to us a few weeks ago needing a home. So we took him into ours and he has quickly made himself part of the family.
However, most often when we are working out at home we have to put Roscoe in the bedroom so we can ACTUALLY workout. He just gets excited and wants to help. So here are some Roscoe related techniques!
110 lb Push ups!
Position yourself in a typical plank push-up pose. ON YOUR TOES, don’t be a sissy!
Keep your back straight!
The Roscoe will after a couple reps decide you need more resistance and apply his weight to assist in giving you totally ripped huge muscles!
Watch out for nips to your shirt, sometimes they pinch and can throw you off your balance.
Assisted Sit Ups!
Roscoe knows that everyone should have assistance with sit ups.
He provides his skills and help by holding your feet down with his body weight.
What a great guy.
.
. Rows
To perform this move one only needs to encourage The Roscoe to hold the middle of one’s resistance bands.
Though you may want to wrap the band through his collar so he doesn’t let go and snap you in the face.
.
. Triceps
Roscoe is great with helping work on your triceps. In fact, he’s too good at it. This is an extremely hard routine.
Be prepared to be pulled over backwards. He’s a stout dog.
.
. Bicep Curls
This move is fairly tough. The Roscoe likes to let go and let you hit yourself in the face if you’re not paying attention.
Just curl the rope up.
If you are strong enough you could lift him!
