How old are you?. Working out does not stunt growth as far as I know (but taking certain drugs or steroids to stimulate your muscle growth could). The only thing that will happen from weight training too much is that your muscles will grow shorter, making them very strong but not very flexible. That has nothing to do with your skeleton or overall height, however. So regardless, I'd recommend mixing in some stretching or yoga along with your weight training, to maintain some muscle length and flexibility.
