Are you more likely to work out when your hair is already in a ponytail? Credit: lululemon athletica
A couple of days ago, FBG Kristen got real about good hair days and how they can make even the fittest of girls think twice about getting sweaty . To avoid this problem myself, I usually work out in the mornings before I shower. (My hair always looks a mess when I wake up, so it’s perfect.) I have to admit though that on the days where I need to work out in the afternoon and my hair looks fabulous, I’m kind of sad about ruining the ‘do. While I won’t normally skip a workout because of it, I might dial it back a notch or even do some non-sweaty workout like yoga or Pilates instead of a run. What about you?
