I work out 6 times a week, and I get bored very easily. I don't just do cardio. I try to get in 30 minutes of cardio and about 30 minutes to and hour of strength exercises. I try to eat healthy too. I feel like I have more energy and I have slimmed down, but I need some more variation. Any tips?
