I am around 45yr asian male, with 190lb weight, 6 ft tall person. Since a very long time, may be 10 yr, when ever I go for walk (brisk walk), I feel pain/discomfort/heavyness etc near left side of the heart, towards left shoulder joint. This goes on until first 15-20 min of my walk, and then fully subsides after that. It won't appear even when I slowly start to jog, after that 15-20 min.
I consulted doctors and had undergone echocardiograpy (some 15yr ago), angiography (a wire probe is sent via puncture done near groin area towards the heart while I am sedated, 7yr ago), stress test (7yr ago) all came negative.
The worry is because it is bothering me since more than 10yr. Doctor told me I had high bad cholestorol (around 260) and low good cholestorol I am by nature anxious person, got some anxiety problems.
Should we suspect this to be 'angina pectoris' from what I read from literature on the internet ? Or anything more serious ?
