DFP (Daily Fitness Plan) for Friday, 11-28

What better day to kick off my new DFP (Daily Fitness Plan) than the day after Thanksgiving? I hope you all had a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving… and now it’s time to get into shape. Please stick with me as I continue to work on adding links in the DFP to exercise demos and instruction.

Daily Exercise Plan:

Warm up - (5 minutes)
Lunges - 5(10)
Calf raises - 3(10)
Cool down and stretch - (10 minutes)

Daily Eating Plan:

MAINTAIN
