If you’ve ever had shoulder pain, then you know how miserable it can be. It’s dificult to get comfortable and often impossible to sleep. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to get a deep tissue massage? You bet it would - but who’s going to do it?

The problems with massages:
- they can be expensive
- sometimes difficult to find someone qualified - naturally, this depends on your location (big city vs. rural)
- amateur massages always leave you wanting more - not quite providing total relief

I love a massage - who doesn’t? But my masseuse (my wife) usually gets tired long before the knots are worked out. With this tennis ball technique, I can put pressure directly on the problem area and then control the amount of force applied. Give it a shot.
