My thoughts on this shoulder pain relief technique
I love a massage - who doesn’t? But my masseuse (my wife) usually gets tired long before the knots are worked out. With this tennis ball technique, I can put pressure directly on the problem area and then control the amount of force applied. Give it a shot.
