So I didn’t post daily because, well it’s been busy around the house! I know I probably should have don’t the 13th’s workout on my rest day but I was taking it easy. On the 13th I had my heel crack open pretty deep and I could barely walk on it. I did manage to run 1/2 a mile the next day but I probably should have given it another day before beating it into the ground. So I took the rest day for my poor foot, and then the next day.. Migraine! It lasted all day! Hopefully next week I can adhere to the program better.
