"Could you speak up and stop mu-mumbling, I don't think you came in clear

When you're sittin' on the top, it's hard to hear you from way up here"

-I just don't understand how people can walk into gyms to "workout". I don't even like the phrase anymore, it just doesn't make sense. A "workout" is a short term fix, "training is a journey". Training is what you eat right and work hard for. If you want to go work out, go on the show on tv, I'm sure they'll train you good.

-I hate when guys workout with abercrombie clothes on. Yeah I like abercrombies shirts but if the only way I look "big" or "ripped" to women in the gym is to wear abercrombie shirts and shorts or pants to the gym, then I have a problem. Notice the qutotation around big and ripped, if those people actually spent half a day, just half a day paying attention to their actions they wouldn't need the shirts.

-To be successful takes time, no one needs to learn that better then I. Being successful and doing well are two drastically different thing. Successful is being great at what you do and reaping the rewards, be great at what you do first.

-I don't have time for negeative people anymore, maybe it is why I talk to less and less people that I used to talk to from both in and out of the industry. I know where I want to go in life, your negeative attitudes aren't going to pull me back. Yes I'm 24 saying that

-Ladies, if you want a tight ass do some heavy bent knee deadlifts. Do them every day, enough of all the squats

-You get out what you put in. Bust ass, it is pure and simple. If you want to lose fat do high intensity weight traning, interval work and eat right. If you want to advance yourself and your career, read. It's why I'm spending an "off" day reading more and more about training and emailing everyone. Don't be surprised if you get an email from me.

-Read, this goes back to the last point. Jim Rone once said "The only thing worse then not reading a book every 90 days is not reading a book every 90 days and thinking it doesn't matter". I buy about a book a week on either training, business or personal development. I want to get better with everything.

-I'm extremely competitve and I expect alot, it has gotten me in trouble with significant others at times but I want to be the best. Have the best body and be the best, most importantly I want to show it to you, yes you.

The whole point of this rant is simple. If you want to get better, if you want to further your personal development, you need to grab life by the horns, waiting isn't cool
