Circuit Training Workouts to Lose Weight

Circuit training is one of the best ways to lose weight in less time.  It involves doing several exercises back to back with little to no rest in between each.  As such, circuit training workouts can also fall into the category of cardio training because as you go through them it literally feels as though your heart is jumping out of your chest.
