Sticking to a routinre is never easy, but if you choose the right exercsise, you are half way there. Doing what you like to do will help you stick to it. Hjere are some questions you should ask yourself when selecting the best exercise.
What is the best time for me to exercise? If you are not a morning person, don't sign up for yoga classes at 5 in the morning, because you may not be able to do it regularly. Instead, choose a time that you can maintain consistently.
What will keep me motivated? Someone may like the thrills of an adventure race, and somebody else may like the peaceful sport of golf. Choose an activity that will keep up your interest.
What will be the cost factor? Some exercises and sports are more expensive than others. Consider the cost factor as well. Although, this is not to say that you should not go for the expensive ones because you could also figure out ways to reduce costs.
The idea is that you should choose an exercise that you will like to stick to, and that makes you feel good.
