Having yoga in the mornings makes Mondays and Wednesdays like Christmas morning. What poses will we do?

This year for Thanksgiving the hubs and I opted to stay in Indianapolis. We were going to run the Drumstick Dash and just putter around the house getting things ready for the Hoosier Beer Geek Thanksgiving on Sunday. Well plans have changed, the hubs is making pies like a crazy man (mixed berry, sweet potato and pumpkin), the weather was icky so we decided to sleep in instead of running the race and we're heading to a neighbors house for Thanksgiving dinner. I'm thankful that the hubs and I are able to roll with the punches and that we get a whole weekend to spend together again after a long semester with long hours.
I did go for a run this morning after sleeping in a bit and for once I didn't wear a watch, I didn't set a timer and I didn't even really care about distance. It was refreshing to run just to run and while I was out I was able to zone out. I missed running just for running and not trying to get faster or go longer. I was thankful I had my health and that I was able to go out, pound the pavement and feel better about life. I know I need to get in more exercise to balance out my mental outlook with being at work or in class all the time but it's just hard to "just keep swimming".
I'm also thankful to have a warm home with two snuggly dogs and an amazing husband who likes to cook and that they all have put up with me being in grad school mode for the past couple of months (and the upcoming three years). I'm extremely lucky to have holiday decorating tomorrow with the hubs; an afternoon in Lafayette, IN on Saturday and then Thanksgiving dinner with the hubs' menu for HBG Thanksgiving.
What are you doing to enjoy this long weekend and what are you thankful for?
