You know, sometimes a person needs to be pushed to take exercise to the next level and that’s the basic tenet of any bootcamp. I’m not advocating one business over another, but like C.L.R. below, I have heard about a San Francisco bootcamp too. Star Fitness has videos posted on its site and on You Tube that show you what it looks like, so you can get an idea about whether this kind of regimented routine is something you want to try. In a typical week, participants work in the gym on Mondays and Wednesdays and run together outdoors on Tuesdays and Thursdays, then mix it up on Fridays.
