1 whole cauliflower (flowers seperated)
1 onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic chopped
2 tbsp ghee
salt and pepper
Steam cauliflower until cauliflower is soft and tender.
Melt ghee in small pot, add garlic and onion and cook until translucent.
Place all ingredients in bowl and blend with hand held stick mixer until smooth and creamy.
(There is no need to add double cream or coconut cream for this recipe because of the rich buttery taste from the ghee)
