Put steamed cauliflower in blender or food processor, and blend with:
1/3 cup FAGE 0% yogurt
1/3 cup egg whites
about 1 cup water.
I added dried chives, garlic powder, and black pepper.
It tastes like mashed potatoes! But it is nothing but cauliflower. Ah, I love the deception. The container below shows the finished product (I stored it in one big Tupperware, so I can dole out individual servings for lunch or dinner…)
