Cardio Workout

30 minutes on the Elliptical

Calves & Hamstrings Low Intensity/High Rep Workout

Floor Kicks 3 x 30 each leg

Stiff Leg Kickbacks used black resistance ban 3 x 40

Bicycles 3 x 1 min (The burn came the last 15 seconds)

Weighted Standing Abductor Raise 3 x 40 each leg x 5lb ankle weight

Medicine Ball Woodchopper 3 x 40 each side x 2 lb

Walking Lunges w/ dumbbells 3 x 35 x 5lb

Multi directional Calf raises 3 x 40 each direction x 12 lb

Medicine Ball Overhead Sit-Ups 3 x 25 x 4lb

Time 2 hrs, burned 1138 calories.
