Caffeine May Improve Endurance

According to the Scandinavian Journal of Medicine and Sports caffeine may help you do a longer cardio workout. It seems that exercisers who went into their workout routine caffeinated had a lower perceived exertion rate and therefore were able to work out longer and harder. If you?d like to get more out of your workouts it might be worth a try. Let me know how it works for you.
