Breathe! A Friendly Health Reminder From Lance...

Posted Sep 09 2009 10:24pm

Take a second and breathe.

Stop everything thing you're doing.

Seriously stop.

Even stop reading.

Just breathe.

Okay, now turn your attention inward and listen to your breath.

Feel how much air you are taking in.

Notice how your body moves.

Be conscious of how you feel.

Now take some DEEP breaths.

Expand both your belly and chest with as much air as possible.

See how your body moves now.

Feel how much air you are taking in now.

Be conscious of how much better you feel now.

Did you ever realize just how shallow you were breathing?

Imagine how much more oxygen you could bring to your body all day long...

That potential oxygen will improve your mind and body functions as well as overall health and athletic performance.

So as a daily ritual take a second to focus your attention on reallybreathing throughout your day.
