Break down your walk

I had been busy for this past week, as I had some tight deadlines to meet. So I could not go for my daily walks as there was just too much to do, even that early in the morning. After getting a little upset about having to miss my walks, I decided to follow the advice on breaking down my 45-minute walk into three walks of 15 minutes. I did two walks while waiting with my daughter for her school bus to come, and then again when I went to pick her up from the bus stop. And the last walk I did when I took my kids to the park in the evening. I always read people advising on doing this, but now that I did it myself, I feel that it is a great tip. Another good thing that happened was because they were shorter walks, I could jog instead of walking.
