Well, I tried it. Wow, what a workout. I tried a class at the 24 Hour Fitness near my house, and it kicked my butt. We did drills (imagine me doing drills!), jump rope, boxing... It was one of the hardest workouts I've done but I was totally engaged the whole time and it was actually kind of fun. I'm definitely going back for more...
People today eat way more than they used to - and way more than they need to. This means that they're constantly taking in more calories than their bodies can burn
Boot camp can be such a kick. There is something about the down and dirty drill sergeant style that makes me work way harder than I would if I were exercising alone (or even with a personal trainer). But I haven't always found that to be a good thing, as overexerting can be a huge factor! For those who are new to the Boot Camp, listen to your body and only do what you can. You'll get there in time!
