I tried one a few months ago, amazing workout, but SO hard. I was tired for days afterward.

Just try it to see if you like it.  Do what you can for each exercise, don't try to keep up with everyone else.  You'll need to go 3 or 4 times per week, every week to see results.  You'll know if it's right for you from the first day.

I teach a boot camp class and my members do say its hard, but worth it in the results they get and how they feel afterwards!

I haven't tried one yet as I've been through the real thing (former Navy) but the classes are usually very good and will get you into great shape.  Make sure you find out who is running the class so you have an idea of what to expect as each boot camp is different according to the instructor.  Some just use the term boot camp and some, like mine will be, have more of a military theme to them.

Go for it!
