I recently got a bunch of DVDs from Acacia Catalog to review and Hemalayaa’s Bollywood Booty was the first one I tried. I’ve always been a fan of Bollywood and Bhangra music so I knew that I would like this. The workout is pretty easy, but then again I’ve been doing Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred for a couple months now, so I think any workout is doable from that point.
The workout is 45 minutes long if you go the whole way through, but you can pick out of the 4 workouts and do them individually. In my opinion, you’re better off with doing the whole 45 minutes because it’s really fun and you don’t even realize you’re working out. It’s more like you’re dancing like in the Bollywood movies! I found myself cramping up a little bit but as I took deep breaths they went away. I don’t know if its just me, but I find myself not taking deep breaths like I should. I really enjoyed the workout, and it’s a change from the crazy rigorous Jillian Michaels workouts I’ve been doing.
I decided to find a clip of Hemalayaa and I found this video where she’s on the Ellen Degeneres show. I heart Ellen because she’s so funny, she seems so down to earth, and I love her dancing. I also think Hemalayaa is gorgeous and I love her hair.
