Body Weight and Kettlebell Fat Burning Workout

Posted May 03 2010 12:00am
Hey guys, as you know I subscribe to A LOT of fitness newsletters. Mike Robertson's is one of them and he has some pretty cool ideas on how to train the legs. Check out the newsletter he sent me below to see if it interests you.

Hey Nathan,
Hope you had a great weekend!  Nothing too exciting on my end, but sometimes that's the best thing  :)
As you already know, I released my Single-Leg Solution training package this past weekend, and it's been a great success thus far!
However, I know many of you are still on the fence as to whether it's the right product for you, as is always the case.  If you're interested, all of my blog content the past couple of days (and for the rest of this week), will revolve around single-leg training.  Here are the posts I've put up thus far
Should I only use single-leg lifts?
This is one of the questions I get asked all the time.  I've developed an entire product on single-leg training - does that mean that's all I use now?  Read up to find out!

The Single-Leg Solution for Athletes
What are the benefits of single-leg training for athletes?  And will certain athletes benefit more from single-leg training than others?  Whether it's staying healthy or improving performance, single-leg training should have a place in your programming.

Progressions and Coaching for the YouTube Generation
Has YouTube taken over?  Is it really as simple as posting a bunch of random video clips to your site?  Or is there something missing from this approach?

One other piece of housekeeping before I let you return to your day.  I know the RTS and Single-Leg sites have been been a bit flaky, and I sincerely apologize.  The single-leg site should be 100% now, so if you check it out be sure to refresh the pages as you go.
As for the RTS site, my web guy has promised me some serious upgrades in the coming weeks, so I hope that will translate into a smoother running (and less buggy) website.  I guess Murphy's Law really does apply, huh? ;)
As always, thanks for your support and have a great week!
All the best
