For anybody to lose weight naturally you need to stick to a healthy diet and regular exercise. There has been rumors of a tummy tuck or she went through surgery to lose that extra weight. No matter how she lost the weight or if you look up to her due to her success in the bonding business she should be looked at as an inspiration to others.
