Best Time for Cardio Work Out to Lose Fat

The fact that you do a cardio work out almost everyday is fantastic. Any time you do your work out is the best time to work out. However, I came across an article that tells us the best time to work out for fat loss. The best time to work out could be first thing in the morning, lunch time, before dinner or after dinner or right before you go to bed. Which time do you think is best? According to this article, first thing in the morning is the best time to work out and lose fat because your stomach is empty, and you burn stored fat and calories. If you do it later in the day after eating a meal or two, your body would only burn the resent meals not the fat on the body.

I don't know if I agree with that but what are your thoughts on this.

I can see where it can be more beneficial to workout in the morning, but you defiantly need something in your stomach. I have been really tired lately and finding it difficult to wake up early to workout, but maybe this is the motivation I need to hear...
