Not sure how long I’ve had arch problems, but I guess with midfoot running and minimalist shoes it has aggravated or possibly even caused the arch on my Left foot to drop some, making shoes without a lot of support uncomfortable for running. I’ve tried insoles, inserts, and stability shoes and none of them have the arch support in the right location for my foot. It along with some PF has been really bothersome lately and I had been thinking I would just give up running all together …
These things are VERY affordable, as in about $6 at Walmart! I had used them before in a regular pair of shoes, just getting them because they were inexpensive. These things are great because they totally mold to the shape of your foot, creating a personalized mold to ANY shoe!
