Back to Regularly Scheduled Posts- Post-Vacation Training Tuesday!

We had a great time with my parents. Colleen caught 3 sunfish and we got to play on the best playground EVER! I took my gear with me to run on the treadmill at the hotel but never got up early enough.

So since I had seen that Runners World re-did their Smart Coach (AGAIN!) I decided to plug in my 10k time from March and see what it spit out for me. I love RLRF but I don’t think I was running enough. I like what I am seeing and will probably use this plan. The long run and easy run paces are the same, which is ok. The plan at the end has me taking 4 minutes off my current 10K PR, so that’s all that matters!
