Back Exercises For Tank Top Season

A defined back can add a lot to a tank top or swimsuit.  The “V” that the back creates when exercised has the ability to make your waist look smaller and your shoulders a tad broader (don’t worry you won’t look like a guy).  Here are some exercises to help you get that bikini body for this summer.

Adding a ball to your workout (or any other unstable device) can ramp up your calorie burning making your workout even more affective.  The ball challenges your core muscles which make all the stabilizing muscles (including your abs) work overtime to get you in shape faster then traditional lifting.
