Avoiding Exercise Drop Out - part 2

One of the top three reasons for drop out is boredom.

The hip hop group Outkast said it best,
'shake it like a salt shaker'.

Lance says, shake your workouts up so much that they would raise blood pressure!


If your mind is bored, your body is already bored! Think about changing up your routine, exercises, machines you use, or classes you take at least every 4 to 6 weeks. Variety will help prevent your mind and body from reaching a plateau.
