I work out at the gym four times a week.

Most people tend to work two to three days a week. I alway recommend more than three days. That extra day makes a big difference in keeping your body in shape.
I agree with Kenna-four days a week is great! Good for you! But as a fellow Wellsphere member who cares about the wellness (of course!) of others, make sure you listen to your body. If one week, on that fourth day, you're feeling a little sluggish or overwhelmed, your body may need a break. It's not unusual, and not a bad thing at all.
Good for you.. I am thinking of going to the gym regularly and I would love to hear what routine others follow.
