My friend and I were just talking about abs and if you can work them out everyday, so it was nice to find an answer.

I was reading about the products for your hair. Have you found some less waxey products that work for you? Besides the funny joke about the apple juices. I use two products lately but always open to new ones.

Also, what do you use on your face? You have great skin :) I currently use kiehls.

A. Hey Stephen,

1) Ooo, hair products are such a personal thing. It would be like me picking out your contraception...yikes, that's personal. This depends a lot upon your hair type, hair length, and the look you are going for. Believe it or not, I just bought a new hair product today! It is water based, so the style won't melt and flatten out from the heat from your head like a pomade. It's L'OREAL Architexture, but don't blame me for any bad hair days or lack of dates you may experience! Best to practice with it on a Sunday night.

2) My skin secret is summarized in one word: airbrushed!Remember, your skin is the largest organ of your body and needs to be taken care of both from the outside and from the inside. Everyone knows about the outside skin care products, but most people overlook skin care from the inside, which is with everything you eat and drink!

Lance'sOutside Skin Care:
  • Review my 5 step for face and skin
  • Cleanse, Tone, and Exfoilate with Dermalogica
  • Moisture and SPF with Mario Badescu
  • Under eye gel from Molton Brown (Keep it chilled in the fridge)
  • Face Tanner from Neutrogena

You only get the brands, I can't give out all my secrets!

Inside Skin Care Tips:

Go get 'em Tiger!

Any other readers have good hair or skin products?
