I'm 23 and I think I may have arthritis in ankles. Almost everyday there is an unbearable pain in both ankles. They ache like no other, it hurts badly to walk.
I have played soccer my whole life and gone through several ankle breaks/sprains/strains with both ankles. Could this cause the aches?
what could I do to stop the pain besided advil and heating pads?
