Arm Workout Since I'll be travel...

Arm Workout





Since I'll be traveling next week and won't have much time after the Fitness Bonanza , I decided to not actually do a planned workout today.





What that means is that I usually change my workout every 4-6 weeks and strictly record everything. I'll be in Arizona next week so won't have time to get in my Thursday arm workout.



Here's what I did today



A1) Wide Grip Barbell Preacher Curls

4 sets of 8 401 tempo



A2) Incline Barbell Extensions

4 sets of 8 reps 311 tempo



Rest:45 seconds



B1)Standing Alternating Arm Dumbbell Curls(First time in years)



3 sets of 8 301 tempo



B2)Floor Close Grip Press

3 sets of 8 311 tempo



Rest: 30 seconds



C1) Machine Extensions

3 sets of 12 reps 301 tempo



C2)Cable Rope Hammer Curls



3 sets of 12 reps 311 tempo



That's it, nothing too fancy but I feel good now.





It's always helpful and health to break from the norm of trying to do everything full body. As a matter of fact, I don't think we grow best with bull body training but I'll leave that until the Physique Formula is released
