I have been going non stop for the past couple weeks is seems. I have 5 projects that I am working on, not to mention my boot camps, one on one clients and morning preschool. I am going from 6am until 9pm, trying to stop long enough to make sure I eat and workout.
I am sure we all have those weeks, when we are always on the go, working, running errands and doing whatever needs to be done, until finally we drop in exhuastion into our beds. Either that or we get sick and have no choice but to stop and take a rest.

I can count about 10+ symptoms that I have experienced over the past few weeks. So what have I done? On Wednesday, I was all knotted up in a ball and couldn’t hardly even stand to be in front of the computer any longer! So I took all afternoon and evening off and then took a nice relaxing bath before bed. Friday afternoon, I took the entire afternooon off as well. And you know what, I felt so much more productive yesterday than I had in a long time!
It’s very important, not only to our health, but also when it comes to weight loss, to make sure to take care of ourselves and learn to relax! I know I feel a lot better now that I have taken some time for me.
That being said, I think I will dedicate November to “Taking Care Of YOU” month. I will dedicate my post to helping YOU take care of YOU! If any of my readers have a post from the past that they would like to contribute, send me and email at womensdietandfitness@gmail.com and I would love to send a link your way!
