Are you making Progress?

If your goal is to change your body do you know if you are on track or not? Complete this questionnaire to determine if you are on track for progress. If you don't know the answer or answer negatively your progress will not be as good as it could be.



Getting fit and in shape is not hard to do or hard to learn. Consistent application of the correct methods over time will insure your results.

Progress Questionnaire:

  • Are you following your nutrition plan exactly?


  • Are you eating all of your recommended calories?


  • Are you hungry during the day or night?


  • Are you skipping meals?


  • How many hours do you allow between meals or snacks?


  • Do you enjoy the food you eat?


  • Are you experiencing any digestive difficulties?


  • Are you measuring your food consistently and reading food labels?


  • How much water are you drinking?


  • Do you feel an increase in your energy level?


  • How many aerobic sessions have you completed?


  • How many minutes in duration?


  • Are you checking your heart rate during exercise?


  • What is your target heart rate number?


  • How many weight-training sessions have you completed this week?


  • Do you have any specific concerns or questions?


  • Are you happy with your program? Your progress?
