I have calf pain all the time. when I am not working out I ache all the time. My calves get tight hurt whenever I do cardio. It intensifies when i do anything inclined. I went on a 7 mile easy hike and when I was finished and took my shoes off my feet were bright red and starting to turn a blueish color. Any ideas? Do you think I might have compartment syndrome? What should I do to make it stop hurting?
