I haven’t blogged here in a while – and I’ve been really torn with blogging in general.
I have been struggling with where exactly my blogging voice really is. I enjoy food so much, and I am still learning about how to cook from scratch, juicing, and incorporating more veggies in my life.
I’m still working out, and glad to say that I’ve worked out for 2 full weeks and excited (and a bit scared) to start week 3.
My eating habits have shifted a lot lately. I’ve watched a couple food documentaries and shifting towards a more vegetarian lifestyle.
It’s not easy, as I have eaten some meat in an attempt to finish what’s in our freezer, but have been mostly eating as much vegetarian as possible.
I wonder if this blog and domain name is a place where I can be accountable of my exercising, eating and keeping on track, while sharing snippets of my life… or have I been gone for so long here that it’s better to start somewhere else, somewhere new?
