American Heart Association “Hoops for Heart” – Please Help if You Can!

I’m gonna keep this short and sweet today! My 4-week workout journal continues with Day 15.

Day 15: Upper Body Workout

  • Incline Press: 2 sets x 12 reps, 15# dumbbells
  • Lat Pulldown: 3 sets x 12 reps, 40#
  • Seated Row: 3 sets x 12 reps, 45#
  • Overhead Press: 3 sets x 12 reps, 12# dumbbells
  • Reverse Pec-Deck Flye: 3 sets x 12 reps, 5# dumbbells
  • Lying Triceps Extension: 2 sets x 12 reps, 20#
  • Standing Curls: 2 sets x 12 reps, 20#
